As we reflect on the past year, it is inspiring to see how far we have come together in advancing MNTRN’s mission of networking and educating Talent Acquisition professionals in the Twin Cities and throughout Minnesota. Through shared learning, collaboration, and community, MNTRN continues to be a trusted resource and a vibrant network for those shaping the future of talent acquisition.

 

This year, we celebrated remarkable achievements, including fostering new partnerships, hosting our first (and second) Conference, and hosting webinars from topics across Talent Acquisition. These successes are a testament to the dedication of our members, volunteers, and sponsors who make MNTRN’s mission possible.

 

Looking ahead to 2026, I am filled with excitement and optimism for what’s to come. Our programming will continue to provide meaningful opportunities for connection, growth, and professional development. Some of the initiatives planned for 2026 include:

✏️ Monthly Webinars: Covering emerging trends, best practices, and innovative strategies in Talent Acquisition.

✏️ Spring & Fall Conference: Half-day events focused on current trends in Talent Acquisition (networking happy hours to follow)

✏️ Social/Networking Events: Including our Summer Social Event and Holiday Party

 

These programs reflect MNTRN’s unwavering belief that when professionals come together to learn and share, the entire industry grows stronger. With every event, conversation, and collaboration, we are building a more connected and empowered Talent Acquisition community.

 

The future of MNTRN is bright. With continued support from our members and partners, we will expand our reach, enhance our educational offerings, and create even more opportunities for meaningful engagement. The best is yet to come, and together, we will make 2026 a year of growth, innovation, and connection.
