Panel Discussion: Examining the Impact of Aging Workforce Trends on Minnesota Employment and Employers
Today, 35 million workers in the U.S. workforce–more than 23%–are age 55 and over. As this segment continues to grow, staying on top of changes in workforce demographics, education, and career pathing for older workers is more important than ever.
With opening comments provided by Steve Grove, MN Commissioner of Employment & Economic Development, our expert panel will go in-depth to discuss the employment trends they believe will make the most meaningful impact on our work.
After the panel discussion, author Chris Farrell will be available to sign his new book Purpose and a Paycheck: Finding Meaning, Money, and Happiness in the Second Half of Life (Harper Collins Leadership).
