About our Speakers:

Machen Bihrle is Senior Attorney and Chief Litigation Counsel at Graco Inc., where she oversees the company’s litigation and disputes, including employment and talent acquisition matters across a multi-state workforce. She works with HR and business leaders on workplace investigations, leave and accommodations issues, discrimination and retaliation claims, and restrictive covenants. Before moving in-house, she practiced litigation at Faegre Drinker in Minneapolis, MN and was a judicial clerk for the U.S. District Court in Kentucky.


Danny Bihrle
 is Senior Employment & Labor Counsel at Post Consumer Brands, partnering with PCB’s HR and talent acquisition teams on hiring, restrictive covenants, worker classification, wage and hour, accommodations and leave, investigations, and workplace policies across a multi-state workforce. He also advises on the responsible use of AI in hiring. Before moving in-house, Danny practiced employment law at Fredrikson & Byron and Littler Mendelson in Minneapolis, MN. In addition to his role at PCB, he currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota Law School.
